The hotel management was not transparent about the check-in timing which caused inconvenience and confusion for the guests.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this hotel. The best aspects include the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities, great. The staff was always available at the reception desk, providing us with great assistance whenever we needed it. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy for us to access transportation options to explore this city. the breakfast service provided by the hotel was fantastic.

Despite its central location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The room was sizable and had good amenities, including a mini-fridge and a flat-screen TV. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check-in early without any hassle.

Our experience was somewhat soured by a couple of negatives. First, the parking was a nightmare. The lot was far too small and cramped, making it tough to maneuver our car. Second, the hot water in the shower was incredibly inconsistent. It would go from scalding hot to icy cold without warning, making for a frustrating and unpleasant experience. our Christmas stay was a mixed bag - some ups and some downs.

The hotel was well, located, close to shops and restaurants. the room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed. the staff were friendly and always happy to help.
